A comfortable nice stay overall.

+The hotel looks grand and clean. Staffs was friendly. Nice lobby area and Starbuck at the lobby is a plus. Walkable to Pike place market.

–A little here and there. Fridge dead, hair on towel, bedding not done like a 4 star hotel, conditioner out and refill the 3 days. The valet can be expensive.
