+Jazz the bellman greeted us and brought us up to our room and was fantastic at sharing how everything worked. Later when we discovered our safe had low battery and wouldn’t lock. Jazz was our go to person and he called it in to get it fix. He made our experience better! Thank him for us.
–Phone didn’t work in room. Safe battery was low and had to get that addressed. Room seemed dusty.
This grand hotel deserves a grander area around it
+The room size including the hallway and especially the large bathroom. The bath salts and other amenities were most appreciated. Staff was very helpful and accommodating.
–The hotel room decor (f.e. walls, furniture and curtains) gives a bit darker 90’s vibe. It’s well maintained but could use some brightening up imo.
