It was pleasant and no hassle getting in and out of the hotel except elevator took awhile sometimes.
+Location is good it's easy to get to away from traffic.
–My view from my room was a rooftop so I kept my window closed. Hot water took so long to get, had to just shower with lukewarm water.
+We enjoyed our stay at this place! The hotel is perfectly located within walking distance of downtown. The room was spacious and clean with a great view of the city. The bidet toilet was a nice surprise. We highly recommend this hotel.

–Staff member at check in was lacking personality. No real welcome or explanation of hotel at all. Appeared she was fed up or tired. Having travelled over 12 hours to reach the hotel, a nicer welcome would have been appreciated
