–Room service is closed at 9pm. Also, starbucks that is in the hotel closes 4pm. Also, you need two elevators to reach your room. The cost of the valet was overpriced.

Great spot for downtown access

+Fabulous views, great bar. Room was clean, comfortable.

–Getting into / out of the hotel requires transferring from one elevator from street or parking garage to 3rd floor lobby, different elevator to rooms. Waits were sometimes long . Bathroom was dimly lit.
