+The location is the main advantage of the place - it is right in the center of Little Italy with all the bars, restaurants and farmer's market around. There is no space to serve a proper breakfast but the hotel is doing their best with serving yoghurt, cheese, pastries, fruit, juice and tea/coffee…

–The room was tiny, we could barely move around with two people, even though we didn't have big luggage. It is ok for a very short stay but would be annoying for longer stays.

+The staff were nice, helpful and efficient. Hotel is close to the train station, easy to find. Area is pretty safe and very quiet. There's a convenience store nearby, a 7Eleven (24h store) next door, close to Little Italy with lots of nice restaurants. There's coffee at the lobby, PLUS a decent…

–Room was a bit small, but since I was traveling solo, it met my needs. I think the room size was very reasonable for the price, but if you're a family of 3 - you need something bigger. As for the coffee machine in the room: you might want to BYO half-and-half/milk (maybe get some at 7Eleven)…
