–I thought having to pay for a refrigerator was ridiculous, this is the first place I have ever stayed that had that policy.

Overall fine but buy new pillows please!

+Harrahs was in a good location! Room was fine.

–The mattresses were not comfortable but I have actually never had such awful pillows at a hotel ever. They probably would have brought us new ones (I hope) but my family was too stubborn to ask. But it will be a long time before we forget those pillows! 4 out of 4 were bad.

The worst nightmare of place and it was not my first time in Vegas

+The swimming pool was ok…

–We got stuck in the elevator 3 times and we only stayed one night. We moved a little bit further the mini bar so we could use the desk And got charged 220$ for it… you have to do a long cue to check in. Very difficult to find staff around to ask questions… they also did some other charges without…
