+The room was extra large comfy and silent. The position is excellent, being in front of the Bellagio. Crew was very kind.

–Check in has been super long. No buffet breakfast, water was pouring boiling hot for a few minutes before chilling down and become usable. The bath tube spilled brown water. No way to get the valet car ready in advance, but you have to physically go there and ask for it and wait.

–For a 5 star hotel, I would expect at the very minimum to get complimentary tea and coffee making facilities in our room. There was nothing complimentary in our room which is such a shame, especially when you look at room charges.
