+Breakfast. The hotel staff was also super helpful.
–We were supposed to be on the 17th floor but we arrived super earlier and we payed for the early checkin. However, the only room available at the time was on the 8th. Since it was a lower floor, the room was a bit noisy and smelled like old. Plus, the shower did not work properly.

Great and inexpensive place, offering a lot of amenities
+Incredible staff, they really helped with every aspect of my stay. If you have an early tour, you may request a breakfast box, so you won’t stay hungry! Overall, this hotel has everything a person needs, and I would definitely consider staying there should I return to Waikiki.
–The only downside is that there is no laundry in the hotel, but you can find a few laundromats not too far away from the hotel

Very very good.
+Wonderful staff, especially Melvin at the reception. He is simply excellent. He was very helpful and understanding. Others in the reception are also very helpful. The room service was great. 24-hr tea: coffee & water service was great.
–Tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms. An ironing board would help.
