–we were not given the room type we requested and were informed that room type and the beds were very uncomfortable.

Poor customer service and an overall disappointing experience

+Only the location

–Before our trip, I called the hotel and was assured by an employee that our request for two queen beds would be accommodated. Based on that promise, I paid for this hotel and canceled other reservations. When we arrived, the hotel denied the conversation and claimed that no employee by that name…

I was happy with the lady that helped me extend my stay, she’s really helpful and nice

Enjoyed the location, but would not choose this resort again.

+Literally, the only decent thing about the resort is the location.

–Very outdated. Pool area is just blah breakfast only restaurant one vending machine near the pool that does not work. Small bar that does not open until 6 PM, and does not serve food. Employees were just blah. Windows are old and thin, so there’s a lot of noise at night.
