+Excellent location, extremely convenient. Very kind staff, everyone was really eager to support with a smile. Room was spacious and clean.

–It’s a decent stay but totally overpriced for what it offers. The facilities need a refurbishment to justify this level of pricing - the quality is not representative of what someone would expect from Ritz-Carlton. It was also disappointing to see such a high parking cost for hotel guests.

Expensive stay with not great food options

–Extremely loud, noisy location. The dryer was broken. The ground floor is like a wind tunnel, stormy, unpleasant to get out of the car regardless the crew. The handlers in the bathroom has cut my forehead, they are so sharp. The aircon on the corridors is so cold, like being in a freezer. Luckily…
