+Location. Cleanness,

–No hot water, airconditioner was too nosy

I would stay again I would just request to make sure that my linen is clean

+It was right in the middle of mostly everything so we could walk. Most of the staff was nice

–The bedding and towels were dirty, visibily dirty. There was a women at the concierge desk after recheck in that we both me and my kids feel very uncomfortable with all the questions she was asking us and wouldn’t even let us like walk away to go get a room

Disappointing experince.

+Breakfast was good, lot of options to choose from and quite convenient to get started with the day.

–Room was too small. Elevators have a horrible experience. People had to be in queue for several minutes before being able to go up or down. Location was far from beach. No good view from hotel room. Price to comfort ratio is poor.

+Price was reasonable for the area. Staff was nice.

–$51 to park per day with no guarantee you will have a slot to park in if you leave and return. Slowest elevator ever often waited 15 minutes for an elevator.

–Very crowded, elevators were terrible- waited an average of 10 minutes to get on an elevator. Totally ridiculous

Holiday Inn Express has the Aloha spirit.

+The property is conveniently located near the beach, offering easy access to two shopping malls and numerous restaurants. The cleanliness of the property is commendable, and paid parking is available on-site. The excursion pick-up is either right on the property or just across the street. The hotel…

–There were six elevators and they were always busy but adequate.
