+The location was perfect and within walking distance of restaurants, stores, and the beach.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Waikiki offering amenities for couples and families.

+Location, pools and direct beach access. Room type matched our request. Appreciated toothbrush and toothpaste. Liked being close to other hotels. Included pool chaise chairs were plentiful though full. But that happens. Lei making and ukulele sessions were fun. Liked the shops, especially Honolulu…

–I didn’t realize complimentary newspapers were available. Also, I think robes and slippers should automatically be placed in the room.

A luxury stay we were pleased to have splashed out on.

+The ocean view [from the 26th floor] was stunning. Very clean. Maybe just a tad small - nowhere to put open the suitcase out of the way. Rumfire bar was excellent and not too busy, even on Memorial day.

–It is expensive, and in the US way they do add and add extra taxes and charges onto the bill.
