Iconic beach hotel
+The location of this hotel is perfect for anyone wanting to stay on the beach. It is a beautiful and iconic hotel that just celebrated 125 years. When you check in, you get a lei, and I also got a free lotion. The check in line is also not as long as other hotels and moves fairly quickly.
–The only issue is the cost. The bathroom was also pretty small in the Banyan room with a partial ocean view.

–No Room Service, No Mini Bar stacked with both alcohol and food and the beds weren't as comfortable as they were when stayed back in 2007.

+location as always, we only come to the wakiki water front, after a few small staffing behaviours well go back to Pink Palace next time
–dissapointed to see trash in a hallway overnight and sometimes well into the next day, a quick whip thru by a clean is needed more often, went to front desk and was thoroughhly ignored by your "elite" desk whilst waitng for another service person, even a smile and a wont be a minute would be well…
