+Location is great
–Apparently the rooms are individually owned and then rendered by the hotel. Which means there is no certainty you will get the room or anything like the room that is used in the hotel advertising.
The place to stay for business or a get away.
+Overall I love staying at this Hotel! The view from the higher floors is AMAZING! The space afforded in the one-bedroom suites make you feel like a king. And the beds make you feel just as good. The location is convenient to the places I need to get to and has plenty of restaurants to eat at close…
–Sometimes the price fluctuates. But still worth it for the stay. Book early!
Much different than staying in Waikiki, where we stayed many times.
+Great view from 31st floor. Staff was very helpful with luggage when we arrive early and quickly fixing small glitches with TV remote and safe.
–I expected that parking was included in the cost. Also we did not like getting up & down to 8th floor parking. Room was not cleaned during our 4 day stay; I was told it would be cleaned on the 3rd day.
+The bathtub and the view and very very comfy bed Spacious with separate room and desk to work in very very close to amenities bus routes and food
–The room is a bit dated but it was spacious the internet kept dropping out but at least a half an hour taxi ride or longer on public transport to Waikiki
