It’s a wonderful hotel with an adjoining restaurant both well kept and secure.
+Everything we needed was available and an easy walk to things we wanted to see. We just wished we could have stayed longer.
–We had a room with no view but we weren’t in it that much and there’s a terrace on the 8th floor which was nice and we met a nice couple.

–The glass doors that need to be manually opened / held open are very difficult to navigate with a cart full of bags. It would be nice to have a small fridge in the room. The menu options at the Ben Paris restaurant are very limited and niche, would be nice to have some more mainstream / classic…
+Great location to Pike Place, room was clean and quiet. Staff was friendly and informative.
–Entrance door was locked and we had to call the front desk to let us in.
The front desk staff worked to get us an early check in then followed up with something special for celebrating birthday
