Great hotel close to conference center

+Convenient location in the center close to conference center.

Nice but seems over priced

+Location was perfect for baseball game but 4 blocks and you were with the homeless of San Diego

Great rooms but untrained staff with lack of service attitude.

–Staff lacks hospitality skills, I was not helped with the luggage when I arrived. I had to call to ask for sleepers, when I asked about a reservation I was referred to “use open table”.

Everything is wrong with the hotel. No fresh fruits or juice by the pool, no herbal tea, paper cups and plastic cutlery.

–I travel a lot. This hotel really puzzled me why charges as 5 star. Room smelled unpleasantly. Hideous design of the rooms. We couldn't stop laughing why shower room has clear glass almost in the middle of the room in front of the bed. Don't believe me? Have a visit. It's hilarious. There are…

–Concierge and front desk service was lacking, asked about having a hair blowout somewhere, gave one suggestion,and said if we wanted any help from them it had to be within the n xt 20 minutes as they were leaving for day (4:30p) and it would have been extremely helpful for the front desk knowing we…

Perfect Stay

+Excellent hotel with really good food right near the ballpark. We had early check in and late check out. Room was immaculate. We had a great bellhop and desk agents. I truly could not have asked for a better stay! We'll be back next time we're in San Diego!
