Hilton Grand Vacations Club on the Las Vegas Strip

It was good experience

+The room was of sufficient size, the pool was great, and the staff were really helpful and provided great customer service. The cafe by the pool offers great food!!

–The breakfast. It's a choice from 2 same breakfast items every day, not worth $20. 1 hot, 1 cold drink. 1 savory muffin and 1 sweet pastry. If I had known this, I would not have opted for breakfast.

+The room and view were beautiful, super quiet, and truly felt like a home away from home. TThe staff was exceptionally kind and attentive. Every single room in the suite felt spacious an luxurious.

–The sofa bed was really uncomfortable to sleep on. The main bed was super comfortable so I was surprised that the sofa bed was so uncomfortable. Would not recommend a King Suite for 2 people who wouldn't normally share a bed.

–rooms could have been cleaner. Found dirt and hair from previous guest so i know room was not thoroughly cleaned.

Excellent and I do recommend this location to family and friends.

+Love there is no casino, none smoking hotel. Everything about my room is clean and functional. Staff is always friendly. Also the daily free bottles of water is a priceless selling point of why I choose this location every visit.

–The food at the pool area is very bad. Needs great improvement.
