Honua Kai #316 - 1Br Condo

Disappointing overall but the view was great. Construction on our floor was constantly loud in our unit.

+Great view.

–Fridge wouldn’t get cold enough. Freezer melted everything, despite our attempts to make it work. Furniture was older. Beds advertised as 3 kings and a queen fold out couch. They were 2 kings, one double, and no fold out couch. Small fouton could hold a child under 8 only. Er had to rent a cot.

+Not enough place to eat

The setting is beautiful and the views were priceless and sunsets were stunning!!

+The Location, the View, the amenities

–The condo was very dirty. Lots of trash under the furniture, the balcony was very dirty, the kitchen was not all well furnished, the patio furniture was not comfortable and old. The condo needs cleaning and all the furniture and kitchen wares need updated

–Internet very slow, 14 Megabits/sec. Overpriced rental for 3 Tommy chairs and umbrella ($100)

+Unfortunately, I was mis represented as I paid for and it was advertised as Ocean view and that was not the casei had a new Building right in front AND noise from the construction. I fell I am owed some compensation for this mis representation as I had no option to move somewhere else.
