+Almost nothing

absurd situation at breakfast, the line of guests stretches for tens of meters. it is not possible to experience something like that in any hotel, even a much lower category, let alone in a hotel with a reputation like the Hyatt. in addition, it is the only hotel among many that does not have a…

Lovely Resort on the Beach.

+It’s a lovely location on the beach with great views and some very good swimming pools etc You can walk along the resort to other hotels and shops

Quite small bathtubs. Standing in line every morning to get seated for breakfast. Food poolside not great. It might be me but having been here 38 years ago I rated it my number 1 hotel in the world. So in a way a bit disappointed we cut short our trip but maybe driven by my expectation rather than…

+Great ocean views, convenient location, good breakfast with the view

Very unwelcoming and slow valet - use the self parking. Very crowded and almost zero shade at the pool.

Great stay,would do it again

+Its a well maintained propert in a great area and with excellent restaurants on site. Staff is very attentive and responsive and really tried to accommodate pur extra requests. Views were phenomenal as well which adds to the value of the stay there

It did get a little crowded as both a wedding and a work conference fell on similar dates. The closed beach access didn't help either which isn't really their fault as they were recovering from recent flooding events

+We just returned from a wonderful trip to Maui with our son who just graduated from high school. We thought the hotel was fantastic! The room had a gorgeous view (ours was ocean view and his was partial ocean view, and both were great). Nice, clean spacious rooms (though not a ton of storage). We…

Adequate but not my favorite hotel in Maui

+Third time to Maui, previously stayed at The Grand Wailea and The Ritz Carlton. Was not impressed with the Hyatt at all. Definitely adequate for families, Kaanapali is a beautiful beach but we just were not thrilled with the service at the hotel. Not given the room we had paid for, trouble with our…
