Loved the location and the view. The unit was a bit dated - chairs, sliding screen doors, mattress.
+The location was wonderful - close to Wailea and other beaches but not in the most crowded area of Kihei. Easy to get to beaches, restaurants, supermarkets. Our unit had great view of ocean and sunsets - one of the best features.
–Had to call twice to get unit number and door code. Not available until day before arrival but never got text or email. Per property, the email for me they got from Booking.com was a "junk" email. But someone answered the phone promptly both times.

Last minute change = poor experience.
+Location, pool and gardens nicely kept
–Our condo booked was cancelled at last minute by email and alternative offered was dirty with terrible, old and dated furnishing and minimal natural light.a really poor experience which ruined our stay.

Great place for a vacation that gives you more space and flexibility than a hotel.
+Location was great. Very close to Wailea beach, Shops at Wailea, Kihei businesses. Unit was very roomy and had most things we needed. Had air conditioning as well.
–We were checking in after hours and didn't get a response to how we would get into unit until day before arrival. Some confusion as to which unit we were to check into. All got resolved but I would have preferred knowing in advance rather than last minute. Our unit was next to the pool - great if…

Comfortable for what we needed.
–television in the living room was difficult to get started. The microwave did not heat. Called twice to report this and it was switched out.
