very beautiful and wonderful place to make memories.
+i liked that it had all the amenities as your house would. were able to cook and keep food refrigerated. it was very convenient and they had every utensil that you could need. the place was beautiful. it was kept very clean and groomed. thank you so much for the wonderful vacation. and memories.

Great location, but disappointed with property
+Within walking distance to a lovely beach and snorkeling. Also not far from restaurants and shopping. Ample parking available.
–Very noisy. Garbage trucks near our window every morning and lots of leaf blowers, lawn maintenance noises. Ground floor patio only partially covered so we couldn't use it on rainy days. Air condioner didn't work correctly; had to unplug it. Poor lighting in condo; hard to read in bed or on couch.
Nice place to stay I would recommend it if I were to go back to Maui I would stay there again

Location was great but this is clearly a revenue property that lacks ownership attention to detail.
+Easy access to the beach. Unit has a/c, washer & dryer, oven, stove microwave. Fairly well stocked utensils. Community BBQ that is well maintained. Beach chairs & umbrella supplied. Unit is close walking distance to restaurants and shops. No carpet.
–The first unit we were given was very run down and not the one shown in the photos. The second property that we moved to was better but clearly lacks regular upkeep. No hooks or shelves in the bathroom, TV lacks proper instructions and very frustrating to use. Furniture is minimal and old. Dresser…
