+The location was amazing! The unit is on the bottom floor and overlooks the pool with a gate to access. We never had to walk thru the building to go anywhere. The additional green space was a nice bonus.
–We are a family of 5. The living room and outdoor area only seat 3. This is a bit strange for a unit that sleeps 6. Also the check in process was strange, we had to arrange a time to meet with a "greeter" after checking in at the desk.

Fabulous vacation with the family!
+Love the location of the property and the price for the size of the unit. Ko Olina is beautiful.
–There was a continuous problem with the washing machine.

–The place needs to be in better condition….too many repairs needed to be done while we were there . Paid too much considering all that needed to be done. Not senior friendly…no safety bars in tub or showers. Bed too high.

+Easy access to the lagoon, parking areas and access to the highway--clean, well maintained and great experience of stay
–Even though the rental unit was privately owned, we reported 1 major issue and 1 minor issue once we checked out--these issues were there even before we checked-in (both related to water draining and water management in the bathrooms)
