The setting was beautiful, the room not so much.
+The beach was wonderful and safe. I appreciated a shower room since our room wasn't ready yet. It was very enjoyable eating dinner next to the ocean and listening to the musician at Longboards. The different pools were beautiful but not heated and it was cold the first of March.
–We didn't have an ocean view so the room was dark and dated. For the price, there should have been complimentary water. This was the only resort ot of 5 that we stayed at that didn't offer anything.

+Beautiful location and very well maintained.
–No real area to be on the beach on the ocean. Just at the lagoon that often had lots of seaweed or something floating on top. Best pool area was also closed 5 of the 9 nights we stayed there .

The peaceful view if you have ocean front, is wonderful. The check in process is tedious.
+Ocean front view. Good beds. Kids loved the pool.
–The check in process is always long and drawn out. I hate it. It seems you could be a great deal more efficient and consolidate the procedures. Then a day later we get a call to come get discount coupons at a welcome desk. We skipped it. Just include it all at check in!!!
