The location was great and the staff was very friendly
+The location and the pool. The restaurant served up good breakfast.
–the homeless on the county side. They didn’t bother us but not good to see. There were a couple that did come thru the property but the maintenance guy was keeping an eye out on them to make sure they keep walking off the property. Also it seemed that some families lived there but not sure. It…

Great view. Ocean front!
+The friendly staff and helpfulness was great. Anything we needed. The view was gorgeous and the hotel was in a convenient location.
–The room was a bit rundown. It had great potential. One of the faucets could not be turned on. The refrigerator door would not stay closed tight because it was not level and had a huge ice build up.
