Appalling bathroom state!

–The main issue that made everything else worst was the absolute appalling state of the bathroom (pics - unfortunately attached). The bathroom basin had faeces stains and there was no toilet brush I could use to remove them (not that I was supposed to but I arrived late and needing the loo!). As if…

Perfect accommodation, the communication can be better
+Perfect accommodation, excellent location. The suite was spacious and comfortable, perfect for a long stay. Everything was very clean and well maintained.
–The only downside was communication. We had an issue in the building’s laundry room and had difficulty getting in touch with someone from the staff, both by phone and in person.
