Great location, but the construction noise and lack of balcony access made the stay less enjoyable than expected.

Good location but hotel was not what it should’ve been.
+Room was nice, clean and updated
–Couldn’t use our balcony, we were not made aware of the construction with ongoing at the hotel at time of booking.

There are better options that are more reasonable and higher quality experiences available whilst construction works are
+Our sea view room was very comfortable and the best part of our stay. You could just make out the sea if you stood at the right angle on the balcony.
–Construction works. Plus we thought that we had booked a resort experience. This property is more so a large 3 star in need of a refurb however still charging 4 star rates plus a daily resort fee whilst the property was undergoing construction.

Beautiful, well worth the money
+Beautiful hotel, amazing location, right on the beach side
–Staff were painfully slow at helping with any requirements, asked something simple about my room and they had me waiting 30 mins for it

Good for a few days, we liked the location and ocean view.
+Location was just perfect, especially if having kids as it’s close to the protected bay in Waikiki.
–The two double beds in the room were very small. Breakfast can be significantly improved.

Overall it is a beautiful property but I think diversity and inclusion practices need to be taught.
+I had a great stay until the end. The property is nice, the food could be better but overall the property wasn’t the issue.
