For a smooth and enjoyable stay, please review the following important information prior to your arrival: • Check-In Requirements: Guests are required to present a valid photo ID and a physical credit card upon check-in. The name on the credit card must match the guest checking in. • Minimum Check-In Age: Guests must be at least 18 years of age to check in. Guests under 18 may only check in if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. • Security Deposit: A $50 security deposit is required upon arrival and must be placed on a physical credit card in the guest’s name. The cardholder must be present at check-in. The deposit will be refunded within 7 days after check-out, subject to a property inspection. • Parking: Parking is available for one vehicle (first parking space) at $12 plus tax per night. Any additional vehicle or parking space will be charged $20 plus tax per night. • Resort Fee: A $10 plus tax resort fee per night applies. • Breakfast: A continental breakfast is included and served daily from 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM. • Early Check-In / Late Arrival: Early check-in may be available for an additional fee and is subject to availability.
