Guests must present a valid photo ID and a physical credit card upon check‑in. The name on the credit card must match the guest checking in. Guests must be at least 18 years old to check in. Guests under 18 may only check in if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. A USD 50 security deposit is required upon arrival and must be placed on a physical credit card in the guest’s name. The cardholder must be present at check‑in. The deposit will be refunded within 7 days after check‑out, subject to a property inspection. Parking is available for one vehicle at USD 12 plus tax per night. Any additional vehicle or parking space will be charged USD 20 plus tax per night. A USD 10 plus tax resort fee per night applies. A continental breakfast is included and served daily from 07:30 to 10:30. Early check‑in may be available for an additional fee and is subject to availability.
