Sheraton coconut review
+Room was a good size and clean and resort and eating facilities good. Well equipped fitness centre. Staff very friendly and helpful.
–Room outlook did have a view of the ocean but not as pictured on booking com and anticipated and the outside area just about allows room for the two chairs and table and required moving to get in or out of the doors.
Excellent stay and staff
+Great staff and modern hotel with good amenities. We loved the pool and the cabana, and balconies on each room made enjoying the ocean view easier. Clean rooms, easy parking and good activities at the hotel.
–The beach in front of the hotel is beautiful but not safe for swim due to undertow.

–Our “garden view” room was more a view of the storage room. Should have asked for a different room.
+The property has a great location in Kapaa. The room was clean though a bit dated. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind. It felt a bit pricy for what it was, however, I’d stay again for a better rate

+Gorgeous View; front desk, room keeping and valet staff were nice; free bike rentals; free shave ice, games and activities; proximity to Shopping and restaurants; pools were clean and nice temps. Plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas around pools and also chairs near ocean on the grass.
–Old worn, heavy shutters and sliding doors were difficult to operate, tiny bathroom; room was extremely humid- towels wouldn’t dry- I think their ventilation needs updating. no swimmable beach; hardly any service by pool.
