We would never return to this property

+The staff though incredibly understaffed tried their very best to do a good job, they were all very sweet and kind. It's not right the work load that some of them had as only 1 staff member worked the desk during check in with a lobby full of waiting customers.

–This place is sad. We waited 1.5 hours after check in for our room. The rooms are really small and smelled like smoke. The two full sized beds as seen in the pictures are actually one full sized bed and a TERRIBLE couch hideaway bed that was like sleeping on bars because the mattress was so thin…

+Easy access to the beach and lots of restaurants within walking distance.

–Beds could be a bit more comfortable.

Great location, beautifiul landscaping but management has allowed the property to deteriorate over the years.

+Location and landscaping was perfect. This is the third time we have stayed there.

–It has become very run down over the years. Floors on the hotel room were filthy. The bathtub soap dish was missing from the wall and covered with a piece of plastic. The bottom exterior of the tub was rusting. It appeared that no maintenance or upkeep has been done for a while.

+Everything was great except the door to our room was super hard to open

–Make door easier to open

Good value but far from luxurious

+Great location

–Cramped quarters, tired accommodations

Nice, but needs some maintenance.

+The landscape next to the ocean is beautiful.

–I did not have hot water until my last day there.
