+Staff was excellent

–Wish activities were a little more publicized.

+Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Appreciated the beach set up of lounge chairs and umbrellas included with your resort fee. Beautiful ocean views from the hotel.

–Did not care for the pool set-up, which consisted of three pools architecturally tiered, thus ALOT of steps up and down from pool to pool, and a long walk to the beach once you reached the bottom of the stairs. Restaurants were very, very expensive for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Property felt…

–People are not happy or accommodating property was extremely dirty rooms were dirty. When you ask the housekeepers to clean they had it attitude about it.

Average for a premium property, not worth the money.

+Concierge was super helpful, A+ , private beach area.

–No self park, 100% valet at $50+ a day, getting your room cleaned was a hassle. For $900+ a night, I expect premium service. No ice on each floor. We were odd level, only even had ice and water refill stations. AC was erratic. Shower drain had to be addressed, phone service went out had to have…

Next trip to Hawaii - would be here again!

+100% amazing and would go back again. The place, the amenities, the food, and staff - were all top notch. Best Luau experience, too.
