Wailea Beach Resort - Marriott, Maui

It was good, but if you’re gonna spend that kind of money and you’re looking for waterslides, the Westin resort and spa

+I liked the property itself. The water slides are nice. It’s a bit maze like and hard to navigate, but it’s beautiful. It’s a little bit more rundown in the hallways than I expected it to be for the price.

–Some of the lifeguards at the Kids Nalu adventure, Pool did not pay attention to what was happening at the pool at all twice I saw fights between older children and parents of younger children for a rough housing too much. It seems that they don’t pay attention at all to how hard some of the older…

A place to return.

+The amazing view from our room, the infinity pool, the environment

–Only thing I didn’t like was that CASH was not allowed, they had a machine where you buy gift cards instead, sometimes there was a line, it was a little bit annoying, otherwise the property was very pleasant and relaxing, our server at the pool was 10/10.

–Staff not so friendly and with attitude, food was unbelievably expensive without being special. Other much more luxury restaurants nearby charge less than this hotel.

+Everything!! We had such a great time, rooms were great, staff were sooooo friendly, food was awesome! Pools super nice! The beach area super nice, we loved everything!

–Maybe cocktails a bit pricey… but they were really nice 😊

+The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. Having multiple pool options was nice. All the staff were very friendly. The location is great with an easy walk to the Wailea Shops.

–My only complaint is the price. Do you really need to charge $25 for a Mai tai in a plastic cup?
