A security deposit is required at the property. We accept both cash and card payments for the deposit. After check-out, the room will be inspected. If the room is found in good condition, the security deposit will be fully refunded. However, charges may be deducted for any missing items, blood stains, oil stains, paint stains, damages, or broken items. Additionally, guests are required to check out by 12:00 noon. If a guest fails to check out on time without informing the front desk, a half-day charge may apply. After 2:00 PM, the full security deposit may be charged.
