+Excellent location. Cool decor. Friendly and helpful staff. Spacious room. Comfortable bed. Great bathroom.

–Cleaning was inconsistent (e.g. , coffee cups unwashed) . You need to request daily cleanup, otherwise - every other day. Also - no complimentary water; you need to pay $5 for a small bottle

+Walkable to Pike Market and waterfront. Nice bar and restaurant in facility. Modern, upscale decor. Friendly and helpful staff. Lots of coffee houses and restaurants and shopping nearby.

–Mainly just the price. Also thought bottled water should be included for what I paid per night.
