A cleaning fee will be charged if guests are found smoking in their room. If any damages are found to the room, a fee will be charged to the guest credit card. Cancelations of reservations (including no-shows) made after this time will be charged one night of the stay. Nonrefundable reservations are charged the full amount. As we are a small inn, any reservation prevents another potential guest from booking and rooms do not get re-booked easily at the last minute.
