Please note that only the confirmed number of guests are allowed at the property. Kindly be advice that we have 4 parking spaces and it's first come first serve. We are not able to reserve the spaces. - RESERVATION: A 20% non-refundable deposit is required in advance to guarantee your reservation as a commitment for the full period requested. This deposit will be charged to the credit card on the same day the reservation is made. The remaining balance is due and payable 30 days prior to arrival, and will be automatically charged to the same card on file unless otherwise arranged. - PRE-CHECK-IN REQUIREMENTS: After booking, a rental agreement and check-in form will be sent to your Booking.com inbox or email (if provided). Both documents must be completed and signed in order to receive check-in instructions.
