Important Property Policy – Local Guest Restrictions & Deposit Requirement To maintain a safe and comfortable environment for all guests, our property has implemented the following policies: Local Guest Policy We do not accept reservations from local residents. Locals are defined as anyone residing within a 60-mile radius of the hotel. Exceptions may be made for guests experiencing verified emergency situations (such as house fires, displacement, or similar circumstances). These exceptions must be approved by hotel management and documentation or proof may be required at check-in. Any reservations made by guests who fall within the 60-mile local radius without prior management approval will be subject to immediate cancellation. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the third-party booking platform’s cancellation policies. Incidental Deposit Requirement An incidental deposit of up to $250 per stay is required at check-in for all guests. The deposit may be paid by credit card or cash.
