+Location in Princeville is great!
–Dated villas with old glass shutters type windows! The nets were old and jarred open here and there. Saw a lizard the first night and couldn’t sleep for the rest of the stay. The windows need major update. Very spacious but the windows were a bit too exposed to the elements!

+Excellent location close to the Napali Coast - convenient to pick the shuttle. Comfortable and clean appartement for 4 people. Nice swimming pool and hot tub.
–The furniture was a little dated and the appartement was on the ground floor on a slope so windows only on one side - not as sunny as I would have expected.
+Beautiful place that is well kept.
–My unit didn't have A/C or a dehumidifier and it needed one or the other

+Condos situated past the edge of a large golf course. The entire area is a botanical wonderland -- beautiful! My unit was very clean with all the amenities for my stay. Really liked personal use of a W/D in bathroom.
–A/C on I'm island can be challenging. Wish I'd brought a sweater.
