CANCELATION POLICY: We have a 24-hour cancelation policy; cancel by the day before your check-in to avoid a full charge for the first night (before midnight). Cancelations due to changed travel plans, weather conditions, or canceled flights do NOT waive any cancelation fees. BOOKING FOR FRIENDS, FAMILY & BUSINESS TRIPS: At NW Portland Hostel, you can only book for others if you’ll be staying together. FRONT DESK HOURS AND CHECK-IN/OUT: Our front desk is open from 7am to 11pm. Late arrivals can be arranged with prior notice. Check-in starts at 3pm. Complimentary luggage storage is available for early arrivals and on your day of departure. Check-out is at noon. Late check-out is available for a $20 fee. Anyone checking out after 12 PM is considered a late check-out. Hostel guests have 24-hour access to the premises. ID REQUIREMENTS:Our hostel is for travelers and cannot accommodate residents of the Portland, OR and Vancouver, WA metro areas. A valid government-issued photo ID showing residence outside this area and a credit or debit card in the guest’s name are required.
