The Ramsey Hotel and Convention Center Pigeon Forge

When booking 11 rooms or more, guests will need to contact the hotel for group sales department. Guests can't book multiple reservations with the threshold of 10 rooms. The Ramsey Hotel & Convention Center is a Small Dog Friendly Hotel that welcomes small dogs up to 40 lbs. Small dogs are charged at $40.00 plus tax NIGHTLY, per small dog and the guest is charged an additional and refundable $250.00 incidental deposit, per reservation. A maximum of two small dogs per guest room is permitted. Strictly no other kind of pet is permitted on property. Guests that do NOT register their small dog(s) are subject to a $500.00 plus tax penalty. Small dogs may be left unattended in the guest room, however, no stayover service will be completed by housekeeping if there is/are dog(s) in the guest’s room. Moreover, if the small dog(s) become(s) a noise disturbance to other guests, or the Ramsey Hotel & Convention Center management; front desk; or any Ramsey Hotel & Convention Center employee, receives other small dog-related complaints from the guest’s room, the guest must return to take their small dog(s) with them.
