If canceled before 7 days prior to arrival, the property will refund the deposit minus a cancelation fee. This credit card must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation. Guests at check in must present the same credit card that was used to make the reservation. If someone other than the guest on the reservation is paying the folio charges, a credit card authorization form is required and must be filed upon check-in. Group Bookings not allowed which includes more than 2 separate bookings by same guest or more than 3 rooms booked on single reservation.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.
