Great Location on a Beautiful Island

+The resort is a is a great location close to Kapa'a. The room has many nice updates, including bathrooms and kitchen and hardwood floors.

–The carpet was a little rough for the wear, and appeared to be left out of the updates.

Great outdoor facilities but very outdated rooms, at the point to look dirty and greasy. Is the typical vacational renta

+Beautiful outdoor facilities and pool.

–The rooms are completely outdated, and they seem dirty, especially the kitchen, with greasy appliances. The patio furtiture was rusty. The general sensation is that no one is investing a single dollar in the rooms since they were purchased.

–need a new mattress is our only complaint.

+Nothing between us and the ocean! Easy access to walking path and Lydgate park which had an ocean swimming area. The condo grounds were very well taken care of. The unit was dated, but very clean and comfortable.

–Like most condos, footsteps and running water noises from upstairs unit, but we had great or no neighbors during our stay. Unit is next to pool which was super convenient, but also allowed pool noises while in our unit.

–Front desk staff unwelcoming. Only one pool and no hot tub. Bed was small. Cock roaches even on the second floor. Paid for ocean view and only got a partial. We were put behind another building. Weather in Lihue is rainy and cloudy

Perfect balance of convenience and privacy

+Location was perfect. Near the airport, places to eat and other amenities.

–Every morning 2 roosters go from unit to unit and crow.
