The Westin Lake Las Vegas Resort & Spa

Great stay for a family staycation.

+Relaxing! The pool was amazing for the whole family, we had a great time. The ambiance outside at night with the fire pits was amazing.

–Not stroller friendly for the baby to get around. The handicap lifts were down and we had to just lift the stroller up and down stairs.

Overpriced for what we got

+The location was perfect for visiting my son who lives nearby. Easy to find and the grounds looked lovely. Bonus was valet parking because my Mom is in a wheelchair and parking is pretty far to take her.

–I requested an accessible room but we found that in fact, it wasn't accessible for her. There was only a bar on the left side of the toilet and she's unable to use her left hand. The shower leaked all over the bathroom floor and out into the foyer, creating a slippery surface for someone who's not…

The dining options and the golf course are the big winners at this resort. Room, not so much.

+Marssa - Dinner was fantastic, and the service staff was great. Ricks - Another outstanding meal and service felt rushed. The server was a bit rough, pushy, and pressed. Location was great. Golf was memorable.

–The shower water temperature was barely lukewarm. Not cold but definitely not hot. The room was pretty basic. The bathroom was also very basic. The room was a bit tired and did not feel very resorty!

We really liked the facilities. Had fun and will stay again

+It was lovely the pool was great. The drinks were great

–Restaurant was WAY understaffed. People got up and left. It was sad because the staff there was working hard but wow it was pretty bad tho food was great.

+The location was perfect. Loved the peace and quiet.

–The rooms bathroom walls needed a wipe down.

This hotel is in need of a full makeover.

–The hotel is run down. Our room smelled like smoke. Beds were hard. The photos online do not look like the actual rooms.
