–Rooms felt old and overall the hotel had scuffs on walls, elevators, and felt a bit older in the actual hallways and rooms.

+Pool was Beautiful. Had a really great dinner at tidepools. My kids loved the Parrots and the Koi pond fish feeding. Property was pristine and very well kept.
–Disappointed in Room service. Ordered dinner for 4 at 7:30pm and didn't arrive until 9:30pm. My burger tasted like "heatlamp" and all the fries were hard. Not impressed for $120 dollars. Pillows provided no support, not enough fill.

–Airport shuttle. Kauai is so unreliable for transportation without renting a car.
