Please note: - Guests must check in at the Raintree Vacation Club Office. Office hours are from Sunday-Friday 09:00-17:00 and Saturday 08:00-20:00. If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform the property in advance, using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. - Check-in times are between 16:00 and 17:00 local time. Guests who plan to arrive later than 17:00 must contact property ahead of arrival to set up special arrangements to check-in. - All charges will be collected and processed by LaTour Hotels and Resorts. - If you are checking in after office hours and you did not get your late check in instructions before your arrival. Please pick up the phone on the corner office. The operator will give you your unit number along with your lockbox code. - Please note that construction work is taking place nearby January, 2026 to December, 2027 and some rooms may be affected by noise.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
