The Arlington has implemented a 3.65% Legacy & Preservation Charge, applied to guest room reservations, parking, and on-property outlet purchases A surcharge of $65 applies for arrivals after or before the check-in hours or the check-out hours. Our pet fee is $60 per day per pet limit two (non-refundable) There will be a 2.5% credit card surcharge fee added to each credit card transaction Valet parking is a fee paid per night plus tax, self parking garage has an hourly rate and a nightly rate and 2 1/2 blocks down the street our gate lot has hourly and nightly rates. Your room is a pre paid charge before arrival of the room and tax charges only; the Resort fee of $15 and a 2.5% surcharge fee for credit card transactions will be collected at check in. Upon check in you must present a credit card for the $50 per day incidental authorization. Any unused portion will be released at check out. It could take up to 7 business days for the authorization to reflect on your account.
