+Peaceful area and apartment was big.
–There was an infestation of bugs in our room. I reached out to the manager on the day of departure and they did not reply to us.

It was a delightful place to stay!
+It was very well maintained. This is an older property and they have done a great job updating it. It has a very nice pool and Jacuzzi and the location can’t be beat. Right on the coast, just down the road from Hanalei. They have a nice shuttle that takes you into Hanalei which is really a plus…
–There were a few things in the property that needed fixing, but overall it was excellent. The sliding screen door onto the lanai didn’t slide easily. Just need some attention. Also, the fan in the bathroom was noisy. Those things were pretty minor because otherwise the room was beautiful and clean…

Super relaxing.
+Great location next to Ha'ena Beach Park and turtle beach, best beaches on the island and next to the national park. Only a short ride to Princeville.
–Internet was not the best. Was working remotely and was sometimes cutting in and out which was at times frustrating.

We checked out after one night because we woke up at 3:30am- 6 am with the people above us moving out.
+Beautifully located in Hanalei- perfect place to stay in Hanalei if you have an upper unit. Walking distance to beautiful non crowded beaches.
–Older property that has no noise insulation between floors- we heard every movement from people above us
