Once the reservation has been made, a REQUIRED “secure link” email or and/or SMS named “Credit Card Authorization Form” will be sent to the guest and the CARDHOLDER must submit this form back to the hotel within 36 hours of receipt to retain the booking. This is to confirm that the CARDHOLDER is authorizing the charge and for address verification so it’s important the guest provide the correct address on file with their issuing bank. Failure to submit this form within 36 hours will result in the cancelation of the reservation.
